Foreign Applicant Service

Our foreign applicant federal trademark application preparation fee is $350. A licensed attorney will draft and file your federal trademark application with the Patent and Trademark Office within two weeks of receipt of your payment and receipt of all documents necessary to prepare the application. We will provide you with updates during the application process and will advise you on the proper use of your trademark. If there is a complication with your application, a licensed attorney will address the complication at a reduced hourly rate and only after obtaining your approval. The $350 fee does not include the Patent and Trademark Office filing fee of $325 per International Class and does not include the filing of a Statement of Use in the case of intent-to-use applications.
