For a flat fee of $595 yearly, we will provide you with a monthly report and analysis of similar marks recently filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The monitoring program monitors pending trademark applications and provides notice of potentially conflicting marks. If appropriate, we will also draft cease and desist letters on your behalf. Early notice provides ample time to assess the situation and formulate an appropriate course of action.
